CANCELLATION
When users subscribe to a plan, they are billed for the content
downloads. Each subscription plan is billable for a specific number of
video, graphics and/or text sms. Users can cancel at
any time by sending a STOP text message to the subscribed shortcode for
premium contents or by calling the customer service at 0822350400 (VAS) for further information. Subscribed plans will renew automatically until users cancel their plan.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they have a carrier data plan and their mobile supports GPRS/WAP. If content is not supported by the handset, we will deliver next best content to the phone. All charges will be applied to users' wireless phone bill, or in the case of a prepaid service the amount will be deducted from their prepaid balance. Standard operator charges apply and may vary for different mobile operators or network plans. Bill payers permission required.
Please note that for each plan, users must agree to the Terms of Service and be responsible for any additional messaging and data charges charged by the mobile carrier. OnlyUMobile reserves the right to add or remove content without prior notice to its members/users.

2. VIA PHONE: call our customer care helpline 0822350400 (VAS) and our Operator will assist you to unsubscribe. After you've confirmed the number, your subscription or account will be deleted from the database within 24 hours(on working days). If you leave your number with us on Saturday or Sunday, it will be unsubscribed on Monday
